  1. I'm gonna try st version. I don't know what happened to DCS lately but it becomes unplayable. i have great specs but the micro stutter if horrible even when i maintain stable 90 the stutter is still there.
  2. Hi all, since the update (not sure if its the driver or the game) i notice a missive lag of a couple seconds when I'm back in the menu. anyone else suffer this in VR ? I have a pretty decent system I9 14900K RTX 4090 TUF OC 48 GB RAM DDDR 5 4 TB SSD i run DCS with oculus quest 3 on 90hz with render resolution 1.5 in the meta software. i also have 1.3 super sampling in OTT.
  3. Hi there, Thanks for the reply. I'm yhea i both started OTT and Debug tool. i will use the debugtool then. Pixel Density is set to default and i don't use the super sampling in the OTT nor Debug tool. Want i do is, i override the resolution in OpenXR to the same resoliution as Virtual Desktop Godlike Settings. 3072. i did try VD but i still prefer the link cable to be honest. at the moment i think the only way is to use DLSS because the other variant giving me such a unstable FPS. did you also do some changes in the Nvidia controlpanel? greetings, Yhea i read that Screen tearing is a bigger issue with ASW turn on. Do you have it on auto? i will give it a try for sure. greeting,
  4. Alright thank you! Gonna try that out now.
  5. Hi all, I'm quite a rookie with VR. I just start last month after years of using track ir. i have to say it's quite amazing experience. i recently upgrade my system for better performance but i still run in some problems. here is my system info etc. Motherboard: Asus Strix 790-F Wifi II CPU: I9 14900K GPU: Asus 4090 TUF OC RAM: Corsair Dominator 7200Mhz (2x24GB) DDR5 SSD: Samsung 990 PRO 4TB Heatsink. VR HMD: Meta Quest 3 with Meta Linkcable I already did lots of research for the settings from people with a similar system, but it seems that i still run in some performance issues. I noticed that i maintain 90 fps (most situations) with DLAA and DLSS Quality mode but when i am merging with a enemy the jet has awful ghosting textures like its almost a 2x or triple jet. when i turn DLSS off the ghosting seems to be a lot less but it's impossible to maintain that fps. i already turned the HZ to 72 but with DLSS turn off it is keep struggling to maintain fps. in the beginning of tweaking i read on forums that people crank the bitrate to 960, i did try that out but then i have continuously audio stuttering. now as i said I'm very new to VR so i don't know what to expect in nowadays vr gaming. so i was hoping you guys have some tips in tweaking my current settings which i share. Greetings
  6. alright thank you, yhea i'm using meta link cable with the openxr performance tab. but currently its not working with openxr but good to hear they are going to fix it.
  7. Hi all, Now that OpenXR won't work anymore for DCS VR I'm searching for a alternative. i just upgrade my system and was still in the tweaking progress. Greetings,
  8. Hi there, Try to restart the meta software by clicking on the settings and beta tab. after clicking that check by the general tab the openxr run time is unselected. that worked for me.
