Thank you!! Deleting and reinstalling Pitool fixed it! Needed to find all the places Pitool hides stuff and delete them too. Your awesome, I appreciate this so much!!

Those are my settings as well (though I do use smart smoothing sometimes). I tested with everything off on the Syria map and it was a bit better but playable. I decided to see if turning smart smoothing on would have any effect and it got worse. Great I thought, now I know what setting is do it. Not so fast, I turned it back off and it stayed bad, like your video. Not sure why the first time it was better (still some of those lines and the lights seem dim when not zoomed in) and then was back to bad every time after.

Sneaky, thanks, I'm glad I'm not the only one. Just wish we could figure out what is causing it and how to fix it.

I have options.graphics.stereo_mode_use_shared_parser = false in my autoexec. I've noticed the cloud issue also.

Thanks for the reply! I've tried everything I can think of in regards to options. I've tried the shader mod as well without any effect. I just can't think of anything that should be causing this. That is why posted. I really want to be able to fly night missions, but as is I can't, at least over cities.

Does anyone have issues with flying at night? I have some lights rendering in only one eye and also have what look like stretched lights over cities. This goes away in when I zoom in.

I'm having an issue with flying at night (daytime is fine). The city lights are forming a cross hatch like stretching on both lenses, but only the bottom half. It goes away if I move to an outside view and look straight down and do not move my head. I've searched to see if anyone else has this issue and didn't see it. I'm at a loss to what the problem is. Thanks for any help with this matter.

I did a complete re-install and it still doesn't work. I give the voice command and it is recognized but DCS does nothing. What is interesting is that if I use normal keyboard commands everything is fine, but as soon as I try Viacom I loose that to, no more voice from DCS. DCS won't even change my load-out, even though I can tell it to through the comm window it won't respond after giving a voice command through Via. I had it working previously. Not sure what changed. I don't have Rio installed.
