I purchased the spring kit for the Orion 2 base. Anyone change the Springs in their Orion 2 Joystick base? Our the stock springs the light?

No problem, I'm new to this. The youTube video I found the person didn't explain that.

All I have tried everything I could think of including the suggestions above, still get a one to two second intermitted freeze. I forgot to add I am using the WinWing MFD'S with the main monitor. This is what I have discover so far. In settings for monitor resolution it would default to 3828 x 2102 but main monitor max resolution is only 2560 x 1440 max refresh is 144Mhz. I will include picture s of my settings. The monitor is an LG 32-inch gaming monitor.

Hello all, I just got my Joystick last week and I didn't realize how light the stick control is. I am using it for DCS F16 and need some suggestions on for a good starting point on Dead zone, Saturation and curvature settings. I did order the WINWING Orion 2 Joystick CAM/Spring/Damping Extension Kit but it has not arrived.

No, What happen was before I got smart I had it sitting on the floor when not in use next to my Winwing Rudders and what happen was when I was touching the pedals with my feed it was rubbing against the stick.

You mention my RTX 4070 if I had the money without going crazy what should I upgrade to or is the RTX 4070 is ok?

I found part of problem it was the monitor which is a gaming monitor. I connected my old 27 inch Dell no problem. My 32 inch monitor which is a gaming monitor has special settings for gaming. But the graphics is not that great. Looking for a new monitor in the 32 to 34 inch range none curve for Flight sim and every day use. Any suggestions?

Ok I found the metashaders2 files, but where do I fine cache for NVIDIA and the fxo?

Help Video pausing and strutting, doing flight. I'm setting up my Hotas while testing setup in Instant Action video dose quick pauses and stuttering. My Hostas WinWing equipment. My graphics card is a NVIDA RTX 4070 I 32gb of memory AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor 4.20 GHz Windows 11 Pro. I downloaded the latest Graphics drivers. I made sure I turn off all background process. Furthermore, I even set DCS to the lowest performance settings and I still have the issue. I don't believe it's a computer problem because I am also running Falcon BMS with no issues. What am I doing wrong? Forgot monitor resolution is set at 2560 x 1440 (native)

I know, this weird question, but I am curious. For example for week you are flying the F/A 18 or the F15 using WINWING Orion2 NavyAce Joystick and the next week you are flying maybe the F16 and swap it for the WINWING Orion2 ViperAce. Is anyone doing that? I was think about doing then again just sticking with my ViperAce for everything.

Well, I am coming from a Warthog much stiffer. I still like the feel of the Orion just have to get used to it. Do you have F16 or the F\A 18 handle or both? I have both, but wondering is that a good idea. For the F-16 I am using Orion stick with shaker, my throttle is the Thrustmaster Viper TQS. For the F/A18 and F15 I will be using the Winwing Orion Throttle base with the F15EX handles. I was going to create a new topic to see if anyone else was doing this.

All, Did any of you change the springs in your stick base?

I did some final checking and I will need the clamps and set them up vertical, my arms are not long enough.

Hello All, I am about to purchase the Winwing Viper MIP panels, and I am trying to decide if setting on table at 51 degrees or purchasing the table clamps. I am not sure, but with the table clamps I think the MIP'S will stand vertically. If someone knows, please let me know. If anyone has this setup of the Viper MIP or the Ice Man MIP I would love to hear from you on your setup.

All I found another youtube video which corrects the problem. You will have to run the script first then simAPp pro

Has anyone had any luck getting the landing gear and Air brake indicator lights to work? I found a YouTube video that shows how he got his to work using a script but couldn't get to work. Has anybody got theirs to work?
