  1. Hello all just looking for opinions for the title above. This is what I have. I have the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog and 2 MFD'S that is attached to Monstertech table mount and MFD mounts. I will or will flighting A10, F/A18, F16 and maybe F-15 a and F-14. The three main aircraft F/A18 F-16 and the A-10. My present setup is that the I have the stick off to right like the F-16 but I thinking of placing the stick between my legs like the F/A18. The other thing I was think of is also purchasing the F/A18 stick and all I have to do is just swap out the stick per aircraft I am flying. Opinions appreciated.
  2. Thanks everyone looks like I got it. I have the default aircraft and the one's that I purchased.
  3. Hello All and Happy New Year. Today I update DCS World to the latest version and now it on show the "Aircrafts name is not authorized to be used with your account" Please, provide a valid serial number" It now show that I have seven aircraft on the bottom instead all the other aircraft that is available. In the Module Manager it shows about twenty aircraft install. Dose this mean that they are install but I just have to purchase them to activate them? What are the standard aircraft that comes with DCS World? I have the A-10C, C-101, F-15C, F-16C, F-5E, F/A=18C and the TF-51D. I also purchased the Nevada and Persian Gulf.
  4. Harker, Very nice setup. Small side table for mouse good idea. What did you use for a stand to prop of the keyboard? If you can please send me a picture private message. Thanks
  5. Hello all, As I posted a little over a month ago I am getting back into flight-sim after about six years of being away. I have Thrustmaster Warthog and MFD’S all attached to the Monstertech Joystick / Hotas Table mount. I love the mounts, but the only problem is they keep me a little too far away from the table to reach the keyboard and mouse. They do sell a keyboard and mouse mounts but that maybe a little too much. I was thinking about purchasing just the mouse attachment, but I am still looking for other options. Now, this is where help from you all here on the forum. The planes I will be mostly flying are A10 the F/A 18 and the F16. How much do you really use the keyboard and mouse in the sim? Any suggestions.

  7. Hello, all I was thinking that I posted this but I can not find it. I Purchase the CD for the A10C a years ago and I just now getting in to DCS World. I notice that DCS world is not recognizing the A10C that is already installed on my PC. Is it compatible with DCS World?
  8. I was thinking of saving my pennies and get the F18 stick, and that will force me to Key all functions to match the real thing.
  9. My problem it doesn't should I try re-installing it?
  10. Hello everyone and happy holidays. I just got back in to SIM'S after years of family commitments and work. I just got the a Warthog HOTAS. Wow a lot have change. Back in the day we flying Janes F/A18. Before I took a break I was doing a lot of Falcon BMS. Anyway for those who fly multiple aircraft do you setup your HOTAS almost identical for both F18 and 16 accept for a few settings or do completely new profile for each aircraft? I purchased the F/A 18c and will be purchasing the F16 and A10 in the future. I may add F14.

  13. Is the Warthog ok? I like the idea of the dual throttle for F/A 18 and the A10
  14. Thanks. One of the problems is the Antenna Elevation pot is gone and a couple of other things.
  15. Hello, all after years of service my Cougar Throttle has died. My question is can just purchase the Warthog Throttle and keep flying or is it better to replace everything? :smilewink:
  16. Hello all, I am getting back into fly sims again at the present I own a Thrustmaster Cougar but it is getting a little long in the tooth. Anyway I see Thrustmaster Have MFD'S and wanted opinons I trying to decide if I want to purchase them or not. I will have admit that my desk space is a little tight. I will adding the DCS F-16 and F-18. For the users that own the MFD'S dose it make things easier or are these just better for the pit builders and just stick with the mouse?:)
