what does the "inputsetup.exe do? can i configure my stick there? and, is the keylist (the one that appears as a drop down menu)generic for all controllers, or set individually depending on the type of controller you use?

ahh found my own error...corrected the patch,and patch is installing in this moment. hope i get the controller issue fixed soon.

The Path is "C:SPiele" (german translation of C:Games) on a 32 Bit Vista It was mentioned before,that, installing the game outside of the "Program FIles" Folder helps with the security and administrator problem.

jup, unactivated it, and did a clean uninstall

OK just reinstalled it, but now the patch setup says "cant find the game, reinstall" as recommended, i installed the game in a seperate folder, NOT the C: Program Files

ok then i'm going to reinstall the game... wierd. is there any way to manually set me to "admin" for a single program all the time, instead of "run as admin"?

mhh, and there's really no way to fix the problem,other than uninstalling it?

ok problems after problems... wanted to try the skhval today, found it as mapped on "POV 2" on my X45. tried every POV, but the skhval screen didnt move. also tried to load some other .lua files, but got error messages on every .lua file, maybe they were just the wrong lua files. i also tried the pov 3 and 4 in the key list, but i cant get the skhval to move, unless i map it to pov 1 which is used for moving around the camera. are my lua files corrupt? besides that, everything on the controller works fine

problem solved: i started it as an administrator, and it worked fine see you in the skies

I have the german version of BS, and how can i uninstall the patch? i will try the above mentioned solutions, and post the results.

I'll try this in the upcoming days. Is it possible to restore just the "options.lua" so the options are back on default?

This gets worser and worser I don't have any keybindings left on the options, plus, when i click the options tab, i get some kind of error message consisting some .lua filenames. Crazy...

Ok, next problem: I activated it, everything works, i can load a mission and possibly play it. BUT, i cant open the options tab. Everytime i try this, the game loads several seconds, an then gets stuck in the loading screen. *angry* Greets Chris

Ok, for now it looks like everything works, setup is running through the installation

Wait for what? Also i Should've mentioned, that im Reinstalling the game? The Setup says "Play, Deinstall; quit" but, i can click whatever i want and the setup quits. This is freaking me out.

Hey folks. Tried to install BS today. I opened the Autorun, and clicked "Install". Right after that, the Autorun closed, and nothing happened Also tried the "setup.exe" on the CD, same here. Sincerely TP

i'm interested in all those composing things, and i have some programs here like cubase, and a nice amount of vst instruments. i could try to compose some music for upcoming movie projects.

Hi there. Today i Played BS again, after a lng while. But i noticed, that some sounds are missing, like the vikhr in flight sound, the button click sounds, f2 and f3 view sounds, explosion sounds. i don't have changed anything from the last time ive played blackshark. anybody has an idea?
