No, it's definitely NOT Possible. Look at the Aft right Bomb/Missile "Package" You clearly see on of the missiles steering fins clipping through the bombs hull.
-
Now THAT was intense!!! Those radio chatter gave me goosebumps, as it sounded damn realistic... Also, nice footage, bet you hat a sh*tload of fun Keep up

Does anyone Know how to install the Tornado Cockpit?
-
Came in low on fuel, throttle went nuts, up and own

Hey Ramstein, nice Approach on cleaning the plugs, but NOT with WD 40. Once the lube dries, it will be a mess to get that thing clean again. I recommend you to get a proper contact lubricant or, way better, to have the plugs and cables checked. Maybe, some of the fine and thin wires inside are broken and are causing spikes whice may lead to erratic behaviour. -
Nice vid... The last seconds around the Missile Launch an Explosion gave me goosebumps. Also that flashing "NUCLEAR" sign...

In RL you would only "wait", so to say, for reasonbly good parameters before initiating ejection. And yeah, those clickable handles like Falcon had it, would be nice. But much more cooler would be some sort of hardware thingie connected to your system...

And how does the breaker work? Some sort of center punch? or do you have to use that small diameter where the arrow points on?
-
There is really a Canopy Breaker? Never noticed that before...
-
Mhh ok, but, if an emergency occurs, wouldn't it be simpler and obviously faster to just jettison the canopy?
-
What exactly do you mean by "latching"? Like "pulling" the A10 a bit towards the tanker?
-
Mhh, too bad... Looks like we need to put some cardboard box over the whole unit to protect it from dust...
-
Jep, thats absolutely nice. I remapped the original Friction Slider to my Rudders, because i don't own any pedals yet and I need the rudders just for taxiing, take off and landing.
-
Why is that so important? Does it fix any major bugs? Cuz, i don't have any Problems with my HOTAS so far.
-
I'm interested, but i am form Germany...

Hey folks. Just got my Thrustmaster Warthog for Christmas and MAN, this is one piece of a weapon. Never got a Stick that is so well made, and just feels "right" in your hand plus adding the ability of making super fine control inputs on both the stick and the throttle, to give you the precision you need to fly the A10. Had a lot of tutorials back in my head and now i can dive into LGB delivery, JDAMS and **** yeah, even Air to Air. Just shot down my first SU25...got damaged by Sidewinder, got finished by GAU 8.... **** yeah, im proud of myself. It just get's so intuitive after a while... i always enjoy the controllability and the quality of this product. Just wanted to share... Keep 'em burning Chris

It's just a simple explanation on why the AC veers to the Right on T/O. The Nose Wheel isn't aligned to the Center of the Aircraft, it stands slightly to the left when viewed from the Front. So this plus added Force of the Enginges gives you a nice Torque to work upon the Airframe. If we could find that offset from the centerline, it would be quite easy to determine the actual torque that is working on the plane in this case. Greets Chris

Pretty much, but I think there is no need for such a texture mod, just to have visual reference.

Never mind... Welcome to the ****ing best sim in the world... expect many hours of both joy and frustration, but growth on every hour spent in learning to fly the A10C

As close as I can get it! What do you think??
Tornado_Pilot replied to Loz's topic in DCS: A-10C Warthog
And what exactly can I do with this little Program? Can i manually drag the windows to a corresponding screen and, for example, have a touchscreen left of me, where I can put my left Console on? Greetings Chris -
No, the actual ejection sequence was meant. Not the part with pressing some buttons, but the actual seat physics... this topic has been discussed earlier and it would make a huge addition, because, a more realistic simulation on that one would've saved many of my virtual lifes.
-
Hopefully we get a more realistic Ejection Sequence in the near future... Would have saved many of my virtual lifes....

Something interesting a Tornado pilot told me...
Tornado_Pilot replied to Conure's topic in Military and Aviation
Yeah, always nice to know^^ There was a Simulator some years ago, i think it was something right from the "Strike Fighters" Family, where you were a soldier and had to pay everything... Never played this sim, but it sounded quite interesting, though i would think it would stress the simmers much more, if there was a cost aspect besides learning all those stuff re. A10C But maybe, as a future mod, it would be quite interesting, just to see, how many billion dollars you just shot during the last mission. greets Chris -
Hey folks. Today i got my first Mav "Kill"... Ok, to be honest, I used slomo, and just got a Track on the last couple of seconds before i flew over the target, and killed him... afterwards i tried to to it in realtime, but its quite hard, to keep the A/C stable, put the Mav Seeker on the Target, Ground Stabilize, Track and Kill him I will keep trying Greetings Chris
