I'm doing the Harrier's built-in "Fire Brigade" mission, want to drop some GBU-12s, loaded bombs and TPOD on runway, took off, flying around and can't get the code to changer from the default "1111".
I follow the following procedure, as instructed by Grim Reapers (
, at 4:16), Chuck's Guide, forum posts...
-double press SS switch aft for LST page
-press CODE twice to box and rebox
-enter desired code on keypad
When I get to LST page, CODE is already boxed, clicking doesn't change that, nor does it display the current code on keypad. Typing on keypad does nothing. Copying the above GR video has no effect. The display on the keypad stays blank.
Is this a bug? Or, more likely, what am I doing wrong?
