I have oculus rift s I have same issues did you get any ideas how to get it working

I got i7 9700k rtx 2080ti 11gb 16gb ram ddrm 2666mhz windows 10 64 bit oculus rift s when I go in vr it legs qiet a bit then dosent recognize head set just wondering if any one can help with this is my system powerful enough or is there a setting to fix this
