  1. Just to clarify: I'm using ModMan 7.2 I have several skins for FC1.1 I like. Now, is there a principal reason why such skins wouldn't work in FC2 ? Thanks in advance.
  2. I had the same problem, I'll try the "dutch solution" and report on results.
  5. Jep dooom Welcome to the stereo quicksand:music_whistling:.... I started this with shutter glasses some 5-8 years ago. You always need more power, the glasses are not perfect etc. pp. But the effect is great. Glad you got it working:thumbup:
  6. Hi dooom, I assume you use Vista or win7 (otherwise the stereo option would'nt be in the NVidia driver settings) Normally stereo activates itself in the moment you start a 3D application in fullscreen mode. So for BS, set it to fullscreen, then start a flight. In the moment your're in the cockpit, stereo should be active.
  7. After moving to Win7 x64 I tried the renewed stereo-feature of the NVidia cards. The most easy way is with red-blue glasses (anaglyphic). It works with every monitor. The effect in the Blackshark cockpit is stunning. Ever had problems estimating the distance to ground while landing ?:music_whistling: Not with stereo anymore. But one problem is still there (as it had been in Lockon): the depth plane in which the HUD is displayed. In real HUDs it's somewhere in a distance of 10 to 20 meters, to be in the same focus plane as the objects you're shooting at. In Blackshark cockpit it's still in the distance of the HUD-reflector. If you do not use stereo, this ist no problem, but with stereo, you have either the HUD as double image or the exterior. Maybe I can do a screenshot that shows the problem. Different from shutter stereo with anaglyphic stereo you can provide one screenshot. Of course, this is a luxury problem, but it would a nice feature to work as expected:D

  9. Thanks USSR_Rik, I've got it. I retried the 2nd method, renaming the lua files, and it worked fine. So for my system it looked like this: HDD:\DCS\Ka-50\Config\Input\Aircrafts\ka-50\joystick\ Copied my XP .lua files to this directory, so I got something like: Saitek X52 Flight Control System {BAFA60B0-52B6-11de-8006-444553540000}.lua (new) Saitek X52 Flight Controller {6B0B49E0-1E03-11dd-8001-444553540000}.lua (old) Renamed all old .lua files there to the new name. ->
  10. Thanks, I try that I figured that this is the way to go and tried something like that, but didn't succeed. I'll try it on the weekend by striktly following your advice. When I'm done, I'll post my results. BTW: LOAD PROFILE for each controller ? I'm not quite sure how to do this, I thought the save option in the controller menu is global ?!? Anyway, I'll try the copy method as well. Thanks again:)
  11. Some time ago I went through several iterations to setup my controlers (Saitek X52, Rudder Pedals, ProGamer Controller; CH Throttle Quadrant) in BS. I'm quite happy with the setup, but... ...I installed Windows7-64 RC on a different boot HD so I can switch between XP an Win7. Then reinstalled BS (works fine as far as now). Now the migration starts: all controlers are supported but they have a different sort order and their GUIDs are different. Grand question: Is there a way how I can use/migrate my current setup?
