Well, just finished installation of a clean windows 7 x64 pro and everything seems to be working fine (I imported registry keys I exported from old windows and didn't need to reactivate :thumbup: ) Only weird thing is I have no more sound in DCS, and it seems to be the only game or software having that problem :( If anyone had an idea why I lost sound, I'd be very happy, coz flying without sound is a bit crappy :helpsmilie: Thanks in advance for any help :cry: John "Kalon"

Hi pal, and thanks for answering :) yeah I know 8gb ram is very short but I have many problems with other games sthat ran just fine before and even if I know I won't be able to run the sim in great conditions, at least I can avoid freeze and lag problem I wouldn't encounter with a clear new windows installation :) Anyway I have spare hard drive so I can test that without taking risk ;) And as I made no hardware changes and I'll rename my computer with the same name it has it might be ok (I hope) ! Hello guys, I hope someone from ED could answer me because I'm having performance issues on DCS and it seems to be a problem with my OS (Windows 10 Pro) that was installed years ago and is not clean anymore (most of my games are lagging now while it worked very well monthes ago... maybe I have a virus or maybe some software are doing shit in background... Anyway I'm thinking of reinstalling and as I only own 8gb RAM, I was thinking about installing my good old Windows 7 x64 Pro... Only thing I'm fearing is the need of reinstalling totally DCS world and reactivating all the modules I have already installed ... So that's my question : if I install windows 7, then put back ED registry parts in windows 7 registry, will I need to reactivate my modules ?! Thanks a lot for answering as soon as possible as I'm planning to do that really really soon :music_whistling: I just can't wait anymore to fly without all those lags and freezes I get more and more even on single mission :cry: Any help welcome, thanks guys !! Yup, that's what I said, both have to be launched before you launch the sim, that's why I said it doesn't bother me if it's not fully integrated ;) Can't remember if IVC has autoconnect feature, I need to reinstall BMS from scratch because of a disk crash :( but as I owned the Mirage 2000C recently I downloaded DCS first :P but iirc IVC doesn't have autoconnect feature. I don't know who coded SR for DCS but it really looks like a little gem :thumbup: Back to cockpit guys, I have some SAMs to hunt :joystick::pilotfly: John "Kalon" Edit : I'm dumb :doh:, apparently it seems like you are the one who made SR Ciribob !! Ok thanks mates for that, indeed that would be greeat to have it integrated directly in DCS, IVC is one of the things that makes Falcon BMS soo immersive and realistic :) But I'm pretty sire I could handle the fact it's not built-in the sim, if it's only a little software to add... anyway IVC has to be launched from BMS Launcher before so it won't be so different with SR I guess :thumbup: Downloading right now ;) John "Kalon"

Oh ! Now you tell me, I remember seeing those strange lights in the Mig-29S campaign mission too... Apparently it appears in the center of the screen when AB is on... and it seems to happen on various planes (except A-10 ofc, if it had an AB that would be most lethal Air-to-Ground combat plane ever :D ) Merci pour la précision Jojo :music_whistling: Please ED can you do something ?! Will it be a new module for DCS World ?! Or will it be a totally brand new Simulator base like DCS world is ?! Where can we get information about that please ?! John "Kalon" ps : I'm a bit worried as I just bought Persian gulf and Mirage 2000-C so I hope it won't be obsolete when MAC is coming out :doh: Meanwhile have fun flying mates :joystick::pilotfly:

I just downloaded all my modules in 1.2.7 coz I read somewhere I would have a new 6 dof shiny su33 pit... but when I launched a mission I was soooooo decieved ... so please tell me where the :music_whistling: is my su33 pit ?! I remember Wags or someone else saying on the forum that would be free for FC3 owners... So I'm one, and I want my pit*!! PLEASE !! Kalonji * or at least some explains ...

Lol, encore merci, en fait je suis déjà sous BMS depuis quelques mois, et membres de l'escadrille FFW05 Stormriders ;) Mais ayant acquérit DCS-A10C et DCS-BS2, j'avait envie de m'y remettre un peu en attendant que le F-14 et le F-15 soient sortis ^^ Bon ben en attendant je vais rester un peu sur BMS sur le théatre israel qui est vraiment magnifique ;) Kalonji

Merci infiniement MagicBra !! Ce sont justement les mods "recommandés" que je cherche !! Sur FC2, BS1 je ne chargeait pas grave en mod, je mettait surtout les mods genre RELOADED, Ricardo Pits, etc ... mais depuis le passage sous World, j'avoue être un peu paumé ... Je pense que je vais en télécharger quelques uns puis les tester ... c'est juste dommage que Modman ne soit plus compatible car ça permettait de tout faire proprement !! Et niveau théatres, j'ai pris DCS A10 en précommande, j'ai donc participé à la bêta mais n'ai même pas eu l'occasion de voler sur Nevada ... il me tarde que ça sorte, ainsi que le théatre afghanistan si le projet continue !! Ca permettra de faire des missions qui collent à l'actualité ! Kalonji PS : Longue vie à DCS !! Et sortez nous un F-18 bourdel !!

Salut à tous !! Je viens de me réinstaller tous mes produits DCS en 1.2.1, et en regardant le topic des screenshots DCS World, je vois plein de screens ou les A10 ou KA-50 volent dans le désert ... or à ma connaissance dans la map Georgie, y'a pas encore de désert, ou bien ??! Alors je me demande, comment ils font ?? Le théatre Nevada est fini ? Y'a quelqu'un qui a sorti un théatre non officiel avec du désert ??! Merci d'avance de vos réponses messieurs !! Kalonji ps : avant pour DCS BS j'installasi des mods avec modman, mais depuis DCS world, modman n'est plus compatible et je ne sais pas ou trouver de bons mods qui améliorent les graphismes pour tous les modules DCS world ... y'aurait-il un topic des mods "must-have" ??! I read the FAQ about FC 2.0 but I didn't really understand what gonna happen with 6dof, will it be full 6dof like in DCS BS ? or same limited dof ? full 6dof would be soooo nice !! Kalon
