Thanks guys, I enjoyed making it and I have no electrical skills at all so it was a learning experience too, especially with the soldering! I have another little video here, not brilliant as it was very late at night but I hope to create something a little better next time. -
Harrier and Apache for me please.

My Nike IR BS Glove! Finally finished my IR glove for Black Shark :) Some bits were slightly fiddly and definitely improved my soldering skills. I calibrated it and was really impressed with the result in BS, clicking cockpit switches by hand is so satisfying! Even impressed the wife so must be good  Hoping to get a You Tube video up soon - finished glove below. -

Cool, I actually salvaged a microswitch from an old mouse. Works very well and like you say needs very little pressure to activate - it should fit into the finger of the glove with no problems. -

First I cracked the monitor problems, cool and finally the voice recognition is sorted :) The problem I think or seemed to lie with the permissions or admin settings - deep in the security section I changed something and now VAC will operate at the same time as BS, kinda strange as well since I am the admin, try telling Vista that! Anyhow I'm real pleased another problem is sorted. Thanks for all the help! -

Looks great! I'm still not sure whether to have a side switch for my thumb or go for a switch at the end of my finger - trouble is I have no idea what switch is best for the tip-of-the-finger option because no one has taken a picture of what it looks like, I'm not good with names of switches! Being from the UK I checked out Maplins electronics for switches and I just don't know which one is suitable. Appreciate some 'switch' photos please  Finally, what battery life could we expect between an AA and CR2032 type battery? Cheers :) -

I've tried all combinations and cannot for the life of me get this to work in-game, frustrating! :no_sad: -

I can get this working fine outside of the game but like others before, in-game is proving to be a pain in the botty. :dontgetit: It would be such a great aid to the game as well. -
Got there in the end! Big thanks :-) I think it suddenly sparked something in the grey matter, when I opened up the copied version of options.lua in notepad ++ it was all garbled. Originally I used Open Office to edit the lua files  not knowing at the time what effect this had. Anyhow I copied the original files again and edited via notepad ++. I could see that my settings were different ie. current. Well fired it up and here is the result - :pilotfly:Phew! Thank you for all your time donated, I've learnt from this and hopefully be able to pass the knowledge on to my friend! Cheers

Hi - I have hopefully fulfilled your info request. Monitor files located here - C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\Config\MonitorSetup Option file located here - C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\BlackShark\data\scripts After I used these files nothing was changed in-game on the graphics settings. My secondary monitor continues to display my desktop background - See attached screenshot. Note in the screenshot I have selected the original default monitor as I have returned to original settings.

The files are named .lua - I deleted the /2 as well but still no difference. Cheers.

Am I missing something? I am still just getting the normal view on the main monitor. I've checked my figures - are they back to front? :helpsmilie: My setup is simple, two 1680 x 1050 monitors using an Nvidia Geforce GTX 280. Primary display (0.0) numbered as '2' in display settings - Secondary display (1680,0) numbered as '1', extend desktop ticked. My primary is on the left and my secondary is on the right. Running Vista 32. I've attached copies of the options and monitor files, pasted into notebook for viewing but they were edited originally using open office. It's probably easy to you guys - if you could possibly help it would be most appreciated - thanks for taking the time. :) options.txt My_Monitorsetup_File.txt

 No probs - you guys are really up on this stuff, I specialise more on the creative side rather than figures and maths! Appreciate the figures ruprecht, I will follow the wiki guide again and check my numbers are correct - cheers. :)

oh dear... Well no I did put some time in last night after reading the wiki page but to no avail, still couldn't get it too work after doing the calculations and lua editing. My misunderstanding it appears, I thought this was a helpful forum site, especially to new comers, oh well.

To join the bandwagon so speak I also need some help please. I haven't a clue about all the numbers and code etc.. baffles my create mind. Anyhow, I have 2 monitors both 22" set at 1680 x 1050 - monitor '2' as it says in the Windows Vista is on the left and the main monitor. On the right is '1' set as 'extend to this monitor'. I am using Windows Vista 32. Basically my cockpit is on '2' my main and I would like a split on '1' with both the Shkval and Abris. Other than that I'd appreciate someone who could work out the maths and let me have an easy copy & paste exercise, cheers. :-)
