Thanks for your help. I'm able to download the files now.
I hope you don't find this annoying but I would have found the following helpful:
1) An error message instead of just a blank screen detailing the likely cause of the problem, telling me not to worry and giving me details of the next steps I should take.
2) In your 'Contact Us' section of the website: have a link to this forum and also an estimation of the time likely to get a response.
Also, the email addresses given just generated bounce-backs when I emailed from my hotmail account. Have you blocked hotmail? If so, please detail this on the site.
