An hour huh? That's good, there is plenty of scope to vary performance between competitors in all kinds of ways over an hour, where as with this short race, most of us will be within 5 secs of less of each other. Yeah, I dont know about the speed difference between SU27 and F15, but I have managed to get JUST under 4 mins, and I really cant see anyone improving on that by more than 5 secs at most.

golfSierra2: When it comes to the main competition (after qualifying), will it be a totally different type of race? Eg. Longer, multiple legs etc?

WOW! Its a different race to the F15? It must be. That would be impossible on the F15 track. Best time: 4:57.

Or in my case, with no fuel, lol, I had to glide in on my last attempt, and that was actually the first time I got in under 5 mins! Would have been much better if I didnt have to glide for the last 40 seconds or so...

Hi All, I have posted in the tutorial thread, but no one seems to reply, so I will ask here. I recently watched the video 'speed' and was amazed by some of the camera shots in it... How do you do that? Those camera angles are not available as default in lock on, so is it using camera scripting? An example is in the movie there is a handheld, shaky cam type effect, that pans on an f15 to the pilons, then to the cockpit etc etc. Another type of camera I would like to be able to use is beside the cockpit, under the wing etc etc. How do you access these views? thanks in advance.

Zoomboy, can I ask you a question? You obviously know how to use the editor..How do I place a player, or a Blue unit on the map. Whenever I select USA or others as Blue, then the only units I seem to be able to place on the map are Red...

Frazer, thanks for posting this. I just downloaded the zip file so I can run this myself. I just have two quesitons: One, the readme was empty. How do I set it up and use it... And Two, Can I set up my computer as a server, private, then join to my own IP address (with the same computer), and practice following my own recorded track?? Thanks..
