Very good documentary.Interesting that he was given the job of interviewing Göring at Nuremberg and Winkle`s first question was "Who won the Battle of Britain ?" Göring replied "It was a draw!" The last week of the battle showed the Luftwaffe had less aircraft destroyed and the RAF had more which started to indicate German supremacy and Hitler pulled the aircraft from France to the Eastern Front ! Next time they both met Göring held out his hand in respect to shake another pilot`s hand but Winkle refused and said "Hals- und Beinbruch" instead !

Clyde graciously sent me a copy of a mission he had made just to practice CCRP and Mavericks so if you want a copy let me know. Salmon computers has uploaded a brilliant hi-res layout ,A-10C Cockpit Layout.jpg in the download section.I am trying to split the image into 3 seperate A4 prints ,the front panel and the 2 side consoles but I am not having much luck with it.I am using Gimp so I was wondering has any one done this or could give me any ideas please ? Initially had that problem in the A-10C take off training mission, deleted the content of "saved games - DCS - Config - Input - A-10A thru to A-10C_easy". Restarted DCS and no problem. Just had to reconfigure the usual suspects for my WartHog in "Control" !! Paul

Hello all,just unboxed my new Warthog and had a quick flight in A-10C and was wondering how does one change the slider O on the throttle to raise/lower the landing gear. Hello chaps,quick question for you clever types out there, got a new WartHog HOTAS,Cougar MFD`s and with my TrackIR there are not enough USB slots on my motherboard (Keyboard,mouse,CH pedals, printer etc). What should I plug into a powered USB hub and what should go into the motherboard ? Thanks in advance, Paul
