  4. Hi Guys I didn't know what title to use .... Yesterday I flew a selfmade mission in the Syria map with one of my friends. I hosted the server. My friend dropped a GBU-12 on a T-90, and I followed the bomb all the way down and it fell way off the target. But my friend also followed it and he reported a hit in the turret and the tank destroyed. On the screenshot you can see the bomb going rogue .... That is so weird - what could be the issue? Regards BOS Fighterwing Danica
  5. Hi everybody Although some other guys have written about this I'll have a shot at it too. I have some problems hitting with my JDAM's GBU-38. I have made some testflights and it seems somehow random if the bomb hits smack on, long or short. On pic 1 you can see my coordinates is spot on the target ....bomb is dropped in level flight - 6.000' and 400 kts. It hits a little long and to the right of target -pic 2. Next bomb is set to hit steer 2 -pic 3, and is released without engaging the TGP - hits spot on the turret -pic 4. Third time the bomb fell short by a long distance- pic 5. So 1 hit out of 3 bombs dropped. Could one suspect that the TGP is the problem? But then again ....my laserguided boms always hits spot on. Any suggestions? Regards Bo 'BOS'
  6. I have experienced the same problem. I only fly the Viper. Laserguided bombs hit smack right, but GPS bombs guided by TGP hits short of target - in my case. Today I flew a testmission with one of my M8's and we observed something really stange. He dropped a JDAM with the TGP and he saw the bomb hit in front of the T90 only damaging it, but I saw the bomb hit on top of the turret and the tank obliviated - I was following the bomb via F6. Try to explain that! The attached pic is a screenshot from my M8- you can see that the bomb impacted short of the T90 and TGP crosshair spot on the vehicle. The target was static. Regards Bo "BOS"
  7. Thanxs to Ice41 - that fixed my problem.
