I have the same problem also. Finally got my ticket answered, but didn't help. Back waiting again. BTW BS2 was activated. Norm how did you get it working ?
Thanks
Good news I finally got it to start. It had nothing to do with reading the ******* manual, or flipping a sequence of switches, & levers. :glare: I did another download, uninstalled world then reinstalled world & p51. Must have had a bad install.
Just got P-51 & can't get it to start in the training session. When I click on the start switch the engine won't crank. Some needles move a little, but that's all. I tried using the Home key also. Any idea ?
Thanks,
Hi ShuRogal According to the manual, I should have it in auto ( notch) for normal operation.
At IDLE mode are usually performed startup procedures and most of the systems functional tests.
GOVERNOR FAIL is needed in case of failure of power turbine’s RPM governor to avoid engine (power turbine) overspeed.
AUTO is the main mode during normal operation of the powerplant. All flights must be performed at this mode, except for specific emergencies.
MAX mode is intended to ensure maximum power of one engine in case of failure of the other engine.
Just getting back into BS (now BS2) after a long time. Either the game is confused, or I lost my mind. I can't take off, or gain altitude with the throttle levers in auto, or max without the rpm warning beeps going. Warning only stops by pushing down on the collective. Thanks for any help.
I realize it's still a WIP. I always enjoyed MSFS with FF because of extra forces like touch down, ground rolling, & gear up bump, etc. Please consider these for your FF programing...it really adds to simming.
Thanks,

I have a small monitor below the main, with TH pack.
If you look at my pic you can see the ADI, along with the MFD's. What do I need to do to remove the lower part of the panel in the small monitor? Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help.
Been awhile since I've flown. If your flying to a way point & see targets you want to attack. Using CCRP bombing the Azimuth Steering Line (ASL) on works over the way point with the tadpole. How do you change it to attack something else. Hope this makes sense.
Thanks,
Hi CEPEGA, I would love to know how to do my own .xml file for HT. A while back I tried cut & patse to make my own .xml, & always got a parser error. I tried your example above, & also got a parser error. Any help is very appreciated.
Thanks,
