  1. Sorry about that ! Should have made it clearer. It's for the Mirage F1 and the Gazelle helicopter and for the rocket I don't have the exact name in mind and no access to DCS right now, but I remember them having SNEB in the name. I think there is 3 color variants of the smoke ones
  2. Hey ! While playing around with the WP module, I realized that the French smoke rockets are not recognized as a valid target marker by the script. I keep getting a message saying that no target has been marked. I was specifically trying to use the Red SNEB smoke. I haven't tried it yet but I think given that the Gazelles uses the same rockets it might not work for it either.
  3. I get that ! But just to test I was flying nice and high and the transmission cut when I was approx 10nm from the downed pilot. And the screen you see is that very same pilot. I was on the ground next to him and no beacon sound on the ADF. I could still hear a Squelsh sound on the frequency but no homing info and no sound. I do not. But the mission contains quite a few DML modules. I will share it with you privately
  4. Hello again @cfrag! I've come to this place with yet another problem ! I have put together a mission to try out the CSAR capabilities of DML and I ran into a few issues. First on some CSAR mission that are generated, the ELT signal will cut out randomly and i won't be able to home on the signal anymore. Other will be blasting away for hours ! But more interestingly when i arrive at the location of the csar missison and I land next to the guy, noting happens ... yet if I try hovering above him it works. Which really puzzles me ... Have you had anyone else report something similar ? If you need the miz file or something else let me know. As it's kind of a big project I work on I dont want to post it in a public forum Cheers, Chess
  5. Ha ! Good catch ! And it would explain quite elegantly why it didn't work for me. Also, what I failed to mention to you when I made my initial post is that, I, too, was fearing for my sanity and though that maybe it had something to do with the map not being developped by ED. So I went into Caucasus and tried the same procedure with various oil tanks scatered around the map and got the same non-result. So it does seem to be the case on at least these two maps. Now, does that mean that if I wanted to count the oil derricks as valid target and have them allow points as well, I shoul put their name in full caps in the Score Table ? Are all the scenary objects typeDesc upper case ? If I wanted to check that on my own and not bother you where would I be able to check it ?
  6. Sure ! Here is the .miz file. This is just a test I quickly trew together. What I do is I load DML with the DCScommons, CFXzones, playerScore and playerScoreUI modules I create a zone over the oilrig with the "assign as" option I then copy the name of the scenary object into the ScoreTable and give them a score If I understand the module correctly that should now mean that if I destroy an asset that has the name "oilrig" anywhere on the map, I should get the point associated with this asset Am I missing something ?   7. Hello @cfrag, I have been using DML to script my mission for some time now and I really enjoy using it. It's a marvelous tool ! Lately I wanted to create a mission in Syria where the goal was to destroy as many oilrigs as possible. I wanted to assign a certain score per oilrig destroyed using the player score module. Unfortunately after some tests, it seems that the player score module doesn't work as described in the manual with scenary objects. I created a playerScoreTable and input the name "oilrig" with a score of 5 points, but no matter what it never registered a kill and assigned points. I am aware there is other ways to register the points using the ODD module and the "blueScore" attribute but givent there is 100+ oilrigs on the map, I don't particualrly want to edit each one individualy. Could you please provide me with some guidance on what I might be doing wrong or if the module doesn't support the scenary objects anymore ? Thanks in advance and cheers from Switzerland
  8. Thanks for the amazing work on your mods @Eight Ball ! I have a question/request, in the current build of the mod the liferafts show up on radar. I am building a SAR mission in wich you would have to find the sinking vessel and then find liferafts visually. I know that most rafts used on ships come equiped with radar reflectors and would somehow be visible. Is there a possibility to have a version of the life raft that is not spotable by radar ? Thanks in advance !
  9. I came across the same issue, and he also doesn't seems to respect the distance input. No matter what I ask him, he always ends up orbiting less than 5nm for point. I have tried with a map marker and a dest WP and didn't observe any differences. In some cases (often but not limited to) when he is flying away from the point I want him to orbit et start making weird corrections and ends up zigzaging away from the zone. Unfortunately I havent saved a track demonstrating this but I know i have a tacview somewhere. Alternatively, I could try and reproduce the issue and save the track if needed.
