Random Failures Feature Add (e.g. no HMD, TGP failures)

Hey, just a suggestion: currently working on some older gen missions with current gen airframes. I went through the Random Failures list to see if i could forcefully disable the F-16Cs HMD for example but its not on there. Its mostly Engine/Hydraulics/Nav systems and i think the game would greatly benefit for having the option for failure of the HMD (to be fully off for example) or the RWR or the TGP. Would be cool to have this for most modules, possibly as a feature coming with the improved Damage model? Thanks!
