1.2.2.7286 - AI lands normally with damaged landing gear

This is a long standing issue.

AI aircraft still don't seem to be affected by damage in any way when landing.

For example, when the landing gear is completely destroyed, AI aircraft will land on "invisible" wheels as if nothing ever happened and merrily taxi to the HAS ...

The same goes for other damage, such as elevator, rudder, ailerons etc., it doesn't do a thing for AI units.

It's quite an immersion killer ...

Moreover, when you damage an (AI) aircraft to the point where it cannot properly land, and crashes while trying to, you should get the credits for the "kill" ...

I'm pretty sure IL-2 did this properly ... :smartass:

Thanks for reporting this, haven't seen it myself. As this is quite hard to reproduce, I would appreciate it if you could attach a .trk file please.
