Buttons are made of three bonded layers, 1x colorless plexiglass, 1x colorless plexiglas, 1x laminated engraving. The sides are painted on the gray color of the engraving laminate.

It is not ideal but acceptable.

How do you cut them ? with a CNC ? by hand with a saw/drill ?

The laser burns the inscriptions in the laminate and then cuts openings and parts. On aluminum I only draw the shape of a laser and then cut the holes manually.

One of the panels for example. Aluminum, spacing frame, milk plexi (diffused backlight), engraved engraving laminate. I use a standard "tact switch", the height I choose for the panel, and the way the backlight.

what about backlight ? how you connect it to arduino ? do you need external power adapter ? show me pls back side with backlight . You cut led strip , and then how you connect parts ?

The backlight of the panel is powered by an external power supply. Arduino controls only the control light.

PS. Sorry for my English, I do not know him well, I'm helping google translator.

ILS to landing approach, TACAN to the cursor on the radio lantern (airport, tank). Shows the needle on the HSI.

Connecting to Arduino, I can hardly explain. In principle, it all depends on how you write a batch file to the Arduino. Connect the cables to the appropriate connectors as programmed in the batch file.

Excuse me, but I will not teach you all about the Arduino and DCS-Bios in a few sentences, especially that my English is rather stingy. You can learn everything from the DCS-Bios site. I can always upload my batch file to Arduino.
