DRAGONs BS2 TRAININGPACK

Hey Dragon. Thanks for these missions, I can't wait to try them out.

I'm just getting into BS2 and was wondering do these missions have automated instructions / text pop up telling you what to do / press? Or should I watch the "Developer Notes" videos first?

No there are no text pop ups, just a view hints in the briefing.

Generally these missions are made for squadrons to do their trainings or just to have fun by flying.

If you are not interested to join a squadron for learning how to fly the Shark, please watch the videos and print out the checklists.

Then start this missions in multiplayer (if you want to be alone host a server in LAN), choose your difficulty (see group name) and start your own training.

Can we use modman to intall your training pack V1.6 on BS2, as my current version of Modman only shows the choice between DCS KA50 v 1.0.2+ and v1.0.1???

It is possible to install it with Modman but you need the Modman Update:

Hi. Sorry for the dumb question, I swear I've been looking for the answer for a while but can't find it... how the hell do you switch group and/or respawn ?

[ESC] button will bring up the slot-list. If you want to resporn just select a new slot or switch to spectators and back to your old slot.

Then [briefing] > [Fly] > Action! ;)

Thanks Dragon, but I was refering to single player training pack missions (missions from the main menu). I don't have the slot selection screen when I press Escape.

BTW : I've got a bug with the anti-naval training mission, when the missile hit, the game just shut (BS2). Should I notice DCS or you know the bug ?

Forget it, I found your post about the solo issue. Create a multiplayer session alone...

The bug with the ships is known and hopefully will get fixed with the next patch.

Meanwhile you should not shoot ships. ;)
