eFirehawk Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Hello everyone, I've noticed something strange in the FC3 F-15C's VSI inside the cockpit, it seems to behave in the opposite way it should when changing the nose direction of the plane vertically, if I climb, the nose line actually goes down to dive, and if I dive, the nose goes to the white area of the climb. In the A-10C and pretty much every other VSI I've seen in a sim works the opposite way. Did anyone else notice this? IvanK Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I think you mean the Attitude Director Indicator (ADI) thats the grey and black sphere used to depict aircraft attitude. If So Yes its been corrected in the next patch. The "VSI" is the vertical Speed Indicator.
eFirehawk Posted January 14, 2013 Author Posted January 14, 2013 Thanks for the info IvanK :) What I actually meant by VSI was "Vertical Situation Indicator", I've heard this many times and ended up getting used to it instead of ADI. It is not really correct to refer to it by Vertical Situation Indicator then, right? I'll remember that, thanks!
