Ships Disappear With NVGs, v126

I've noticed this over a few DCS versions -- at v126 now.

In 104th_Moa's Pirates Of The Crimean, A-10Cs are looking for ships and boats in the dark. I can find a ship and speedboats and see them using the NVGs. But when I fly low and close the ship and boats objects will disappear and reappear.

The armed speedboats will shoot at the A-10Cs -- the boats will disappear but the tracers from these boats will be visible coming up off of the surface of the sea.

I have not been able to duplicate this in a test mission -- frustrating. Has anyone else noticed this? Here is a screenie of speedboat tracers -- there should be a ship and boats in this view.

If a DCS tester wants a copy of the Pirates mission to try then I will send a link via PM. While Moa has given me edit rights to his mission, I feel that I cannot post it publicly.

There is a mission called Blindsided that concludes with an insurgent leader escaping on a ship from Batumi Harbor. The last time I ran the mission the ship was invisable but the tracers coming from it remained visable. I thought it was a bug introduced by one of the updates, and still do, but haven't tried it since to see if it would be duplicated. I have seen numerous glitches that remain unsolved in the user created missions since 1.2.5 was introduced.

^^^ verry interesting.

I haven't seen anything else that I could add to a list like that. But that I cannot duplicate this disappearing act in a test mission is troubling. And Yes, Pirates goes way back to the original DCS A-10C release.
