Switch key opton for master arm and hook

Extract the contents directly into your install location and overwrite when asked.

It adds both the hook and master arm as 2 position switches, plus landing gear and external lights 2 position switches. They should appear under the Special For Joystick category (the include "2Pswitch" in the name). I wrote them so that they would match the physical positions of the switches on my warthog throttle.
