Su-25 Won’t Engage

AI Su-25s with the task CAS will not automatically engage enemy ground targets along the flight path, unlike A-10s or Su-25Ts. Why? How can I fix this?

if you are talking about Mission editor. Su-25A is visual contact only so the settings ara different.

the visual contact for ground units is ~7km or less, so set a WPT 7km with 2500m alt from the targets, then another WPT forward about 6km from targets but this one with 2000m. if the targets are not SAMs he will attack. AI decide do not attack if the task is beyond his weapons payload or sensors.

set some enemy light armors with a IR AA and set Su-25A with a couple of Kh-25ml and rockets. with the WPTs setting above mentioned. He will attack the IR AA first with missiles and then armors with rockets.
