Improved plane view switching in multiplayer (F2)

F2, to switch to a different plane's view, is great when there's only two or three planes on the server, but that's the limit of it's use. It's frustrating and almost unusable on a busy server with 20 or 60 aircraft (+ more AI).

What would make things much easier for me (and others, I'm sure):

1) Ability to move up and down through the list.

2) Start with the closest aircraft first and move further away

3) Ability to ignore AI aircraft (enemies, fuel, recon) (eg Shift+F2)

4) Limit next aircraft to the same type I'm flying

Even implementing one of those things would make life much easier.

If you go to F10, click on an aicraft, and press 2, you will see the aircraft selected.

Agree. We'd need a whole other set of F keys for this sim!

It would be nice to set hotkeys for specific aircraft in a crowded mission.
