Russian Ship CIWS does not engage

The CIWS on Russian Ships does not engage missiles.

In the case of the C-802, it does not even use SA-8 missiles to defend.

It only uses long range defense missiles, if able.

Update, Harpoon is being engaged by CIWS now.

C-802 is still the same... a lot of these JF-17 weapons seem to be using stealth against most AI

After the update, russian ships do engage HARPOON with CIWS, but not C-802AK.

Super weird as Russian ships can engage C-802 with S-300 missiles, but not anything else.
