Please could we have the ability to declutter the map in the mission editor?

 

In large and complex scenarios it can get confusing with all the range circles and unit icons everywhere.

 

Firstly, could we get the tools that are already in the F10 map - "View detection areas" and "View engagement areas" so we can toggle range circles on/off in the mission editor.

 

Secondly, can we get the ability to toggle classes visibility on and off like:- Armor, SAMs, AAA, Infantry, Unarmed etc etc and maybe even "Late activated units".

 

The more choice you can give us for view filtering the better.

Another request here https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=228727 asking for Combined Arms "Player can drive" vehicles to be colour coded in editor units list.

 

That fits into this request nicely as it's a type of view filtering.

 

Perhaps colour coding classes/types on the map would be an idea? Shades of red through orange for red coalition and shades of blue through purple for blue coalition - to have colour coding but still recognise coalitions?
