[REPORTED]Cautions/advisories not moving to MPCD when weapon video is on LDDI

When the left DDI is off, OR it is displaying weapon video, the advisories should not be displayed on the LDDI and be moved to the MPCD. If the MPCD is off, then it goes to the RDDI.

Currently, it is correctly implemented when you actually shut the LDDI off. However, if you display weapon video on the LDDI, the ADV- line is correctly removed on the LDDI but it is not moved to the MPCD as it should. Instead, the ADV- line is nowhere to be found when weapon video is on the LDDI.

In summary:

- CURRENT behavior: weapon video shows on LDDI. ADV- line disappears from LDDI.

- CORRECT behavior: weapon video shows on LDDI. ADV- line disappears from LDDI. ADV- line appears on MPCD while weapon video is displayed on LDDI. (or RDDI, if the MPCD is off.)
