JTAC problems

Tested with the date set to +400 (05/07/1012)

JTAC AGTM M1045 HMMWV TOW - Excellent - Max distance for Type 1/2 17874ft - w/mark 16384ft.

JTAC will not use IR or Laser between 2050 - 0544, issuing a type 3 only.

Between 0545 - 2049 all works as should, except when marking with laser, it will ask for a GBU38 instead of GBU12, and on all soft skin targets it will ask for guns.
