hi, i have the Vive Focus Vision VR headset, it does have eye-tracking, but it doesnt work for DCS's ET-QV. i asked around on the VIVERSE discord server if they could help, they say that ED/DCS needs to support this OpenXR Extension https://registry.khronos.org/OpenXR/specs/1.0/html/xrspec.html#XR_EXT_eye_gaze_interaction for the Focus Vision to give/feed Eye-Tracking data, i know that my headset is not giving any ET data because the ET IR-Lights wont turn on when running/opening DCS. i have made some screenshots of the chat about it: i dont know alot (or anything really) about OpenXR layers/extensions.... i think/assume the vive focus 3 (with ET module) and the vive XR Elite (will) have similar problems/requirements. with some work and searching i did manage to get QV itself working, but no ET-QV. im running the Focus Vision with a DP connection via the Wired Streaming Kit (DP), VIVE Hub and SteamVR

I recently watched a video featuring the Varjo XR-3 and noticed that VR Flight Sim Guy was using an "Varjo, in-house switching system" strapped to his leg. Intrigued, I contacted Varjo Support to inquire about its availability for public release. The device seems like an excellent alternative to using a mouse or keyboard while flying in VR, as it remains securely strapped to the user's leg. Unfortunately, Varjo currently has no plans to make it available to the public. I am curious to hear your thoughts on this switching system and whether there are similar options available. Do you believe it would be a valuable addition for most VR flight sim users? I am considering getting the Varjo XR-3 in the near future. I let Varjo know that I would be creating a post here for them to follow our responses. Flight Sim Guy talks about the switch system here in this YT video. He comments how intuitive it is to use: https://youtu.be/DFG4U5pxkuQ?t=106 null

Hello all, I've just bought myself a Tobii eyetracker 5 and have run through the setup process which is super simple, but have noticed that when i try it in sim i get really bad micro stutters. I wondered if it was something i had changed in the Nvidia control panel when dialling in settings for VR, but having restored them to default...no dice. I went back and retried my poor mans track ir just to see if i was going crazy, but that's smooth, so no issues on the graphics settings side. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've been googling but really haven't found much to help, the new version of Tobii Game Hub seems to have far fewer tweaking options than it used to based on screenshots online. Any advice would be very welcome. Have a good one guys! O7 Jamie

Received my crystal yesterday. The visuals are amazing. However I am struggling with some basic setup issues. Eye tracking calibration not working. I follow the dots with eyes. At the end say my eye movement does not match graphic movement. I reseated the lenses. Un-installed and reinstalled the pimax software. Same problem. I did a fresh I stall of windows. Dcs is currently downloading. Still can not calibrate eye tracking. I then Uninstaller and deleted all remaining pimax folders. Start the client. I get a message in headset to move my headset down. I move it all around and nothing happens. Ctrl all delete the program. Open pimax up again and I don't get the position message. Eye calibration still does not work. Delete the program again. On first startup get the position message, can't get past it. Ctrl all delete again. Open software. Calibration fails. I have rinsed and repeated for the past hour or so. I would of posted on pimax forums, but to sign up they give you 20 images and have to get everyone right. One wrong, and start over. I'm getting frustrated. The visuals are fantastic. I did put a ticket in with pimax. Anyone here have any ideas? Oh yeah one more thing. In dcs I am getting flickering which I did not get with my g2 or rifts s. Running 13900k and a 4090. Thank you all.
