dcs su-25t shkval kh-29T destination rectangle failed to move

I flied su-25t to attach ground units near gudauta airport.

I used kh29t and shkval to lock one target, after launch, I unlocked the target and moved the destination rectangle to neighboring target and tried to lock it, however, the rectangle automatically moved back to a place near the 1nd target, no matter how I moved the rectangle, this always happened.

 

Does it mean that I cannot move the destination rectangle away before kh29t hit the target?
