ycodryn Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Hello DCS team and good work for such a good and complexe simulator. I purchased 5 modules over the time and I have a question regarding the activation system. I`m a guy that install windows/linux/OSX from time to time in my system and I want to know how can I preserve my activations and not wasting them. In my account in DCS world I`m seeing my licenses but when I`m trying to play a DCS module it asks me to activate (that after a windows restore, same hardware and install location). What files/.reg should I backup? TimeKilla Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 I would recommend deactivating before making major changes to your system more info here http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=116362 :joystick: YouTube :pilotfly: TimeKilla on Flight Sims over at YouTube.
ycodryn Posted February 18, 2014 Author Posted February 18, 2014 I found that there is a deactivation .reg if you have problems with activation. But can we backup this [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eagle Dynamics\XXX\Keys] for a reuse if we reinstall windows and don`t change any hardware ?
