Hey guys!

I don't have a reticle in the flexible gun sight.

I do al the switches right but still no aiming reticle after I installed the update.

Does anybody else have this problem?

strange...uhm first Question..do you look through the sight at the correct angle?! So..do you use TrackIR or something?! The only Switch needed in 1.2.7 is the Lamp Switch on the back of the sight...you flicked that?!

My Specs:

I don`t care..it is a Computer..a black one..

Hey Lizzard!

Thanks for your reply!

I flip the switch on the back and I adjust the brightness with the wheel on the left.

I play the mission editor and just shoot around. I use the sim Huey not the game Huey, so I start the engine myself.

Maybe I miss a switch.

In 1.2.7 the only two switches you need for the flexible sight to work are the battery switch to ON, and weapons to SAFE or ARM mode. (Then press M to use it)

For the pilot sight to work, you also need to switch INVTR to MAIN or SPARE, press Shift+M to lower the sight, and press Ctrl+M to activate it.

Ok I've worked it out go to the link I posted earlier

On the attachment on the link it points to a switch no 3 which is at the back of the sight if you flick this switch on the sight comes up. Now I'm not sure if you have trackir? If you haven't it could be a problem to get the angle to see the switch.

That is not the flexible sight, and doesn't pressing Ctrl+M do the same thing as that switch?

Ok I realise I have got mixed up with the flexible sight and pilots gunsight my mistake. But I have never had a problem before with the flexible gunsight before it is always there as soon as I set master arm switch on so I wonder If the guy got mixed up with the sights as well? Same as me and its the Pilots sight switch he has had trouble with?
