cars honk? since when?

So, I caused a bit of a civilian traffic jam here and to my delight, the cars actually started honking. :) When was that put in?

At least since this post (2011):

Civil vehicles will start to honk at each other when they are crouding at a brige that you have destroyed lately. LOL

Pretty cool though.

That kind of congestion was the cause of major fps hits back in the day- those traffic Jams would be 20 miles long.

 

I've since made bridges invalid targets so not sure if it still hinders performance or not.
