Mad Dog 7.62 Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 In the "old" BS and A-10C there was a .lua file you could modify a setting in to make it possible for the outside view camera to be closer to the ground for those low angle screen shots. I think it was something like "camera terrain limit"? IIRC changing that value to false also allowed the camera to zoom in closer. I have been unsuccessful at locating that setting in DCS World. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Thanks! zaelu Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 In your config folder there is a view folder. Server.lua has the setting you are looking for afaik. Best use now is to create a copy of that file and modify it with notepad++ then place it in C:\Users\your user folder\Saved Games\DCS World\config\view\. If the view folder is missing just create it. I would like though a limiting parameter on cameraterrain rather than the ability to pass through it.
