Hi

 

I have the early version of a mission and I am having problems with the CTTS script. Mission is attached below.

 

Can someone please test my init of the script and look at my FM Beacon script? i cannot get them to work with my test huey. Note the FM script has been taken directly from the CTTS thread and I only changed the unit names.

 

I will be adding in troop pickup and drop off next but i would like to have my mission FM beacons working first before i go too far down the rabbit hole with CTTS.

 

I would be much obliged. Thank- you.

Yeah - I'm confused because i based the convention off of the Airmobile "frontline" mission. In testing that mission, the beacons clearly work.

 

Ex of convention straight out of the Airmobile frontline miz:

... figured it out!

 

Turns out the "MarkerMiddle.ogg" was not being recognized by the mission. I had incorrectly assumed that by using a core sound file from the sim itself, i would not have to package the .ogg with the mission. I tested this assumption by creating a trigger to MISSION START ->no condition-> Sound to coalition (RED/MarkerMiddle.ogg)

 

Red is not a playable faction in this mission but it did ensure the sound file was packaged and when I tested the CTTS script - BINGO. Beacons broadcasting.
