Felonious_Monk Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Hello all, So I googled and checked the Black Shark manual before bugging you guys with this. But my automatic turn to target light won't light up. In fact none of the buttons on that panel will light up. Is there something I'm not turning on that is affecting this? Please help. If I can get this right I'll be ready to start the campaign. Thanks!

nickexists Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 The only thing I can think of is that maybe the targeting system isnt on. It's the switch on the left below those buttons.

It's the schkval sight that actually gives the right input to the auto-turn to target function. As Nickexists said, make sure your AP channels are on (mainly the heading channel). Engage the auto-turn function and uncage the schkval. Your helo will point towards the desired direction. If it's not clear enough, I can make a track for you, showing the whole process.
xaoslaad Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Make sure your weapon systems are on as well. And as others said the sckval sight is what you turn toward. When lazy I will slew the schval to the helmut mounted sight and just use that to turn the chopper by looking where I want to go.
