Ok. Weird problem.

I assigned the Track IR "pause" function to my mouse's scroll wheel. However, when I press my joystick's #3 button, it also triggers "pause".

I have an old Microsoft Precision 2 joystick. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar joystick issue.

Because TIR does not know one USB device from another. If you set Pause to USB device one, button 3, then every USB device you have, that has a button three, will Pause TIR.

It is the way TIR works, always has.

EDIT: This is why it is better to assign a keystroke to TIR functions and then use macros to map the key sequence to a button on something. Problem eliminated.

If your mouse is programmable then the manual for the mouse software should be all you need. Otherwise you will need an external program and there is more to it. What kind of mouse is it?
