So, nVidia just released an update that lets ShadowPlay work with their mobile cards, and i wanted to try out DCS with it. It works in the menus, i get the overlay, and it saves video. However, when i get in-game, it stops. Any clues?

I'm on 235.23 drivers, the Shadow HARD crashes my machine, to Tomorrow I'll load the new drivers, I don't know what version it is, but I'll try it shortly and let you know what I find..

I tried Shadowplay with DCS a couple of times now. I get various problems.

One of them is that only sometimes the "In Sim" footage can be recorded. Often, as described by the first post, it just would not record DCS.

Performance while recording is worse than recording with Dxtory, altough I am on a fairly good setup (2x GTX 780).

The lack of many needed recording options is another thing. Just so many features missing that other, sometimes even free, software has.

DCS world starts a separate exe file as soon as you load a mission or join a server.

That's why Shadow play stops recording, maybe you should try to start recording when you're ingame?

Sorry, my testing will have to wait, I didn't realize this was Beta drivers. I have a self imposed rule to stop beta testing, I don't have the money to test NVidia drivers. I cooked a GTX480m with a beta driver. Sager in their coolness warrantied this. Thumbs up for sager if you want a really powerful laptop/Desktop replacement. I'm sorry for being a chicken. 235.23 is the most stable I've used to this data at any time. Jumping to new nvida drivers got sealed in concrete when the released version $#!t my bed using the Shadow Play. I'll wait till 237 is released.
