FC3 VAD Charts: ILS airdromes include?

I just went through the FC3 VAD Charts and found that some airdromes in the Charts are shown w/o ILS but in the game (I used su-27), the landing mode can capture the ILS signal.

For instance, Mozdok, KRASNODAR - CENTER, etc

 

But some are different that the charts show ILS freq, but in the game, the landing mode cannot capture the ILS signal: Kobuleti, etc.

 

All landing from the correct direction

 

Or the chart is for real world airdrome info or for DCS level flight usage: A-10C, Ka-50?

 

Since from 1.2.8 OB, I found many weird things about the ILS landing that the ILS small circle seems to be illustrated incorrectly (test su-27/33/25T that have HUD).

While the ADI and HSI seem to work well.

 

I want to check whether it happens for all airdromes that support ILS
