hey guys whats up is there air show mod i see people in ther videos with ground crew and people stand around may i missing something lol if ther is send me a link plz and thxs

Pretty sure it's already in DCS-World, look at the static objects in mission editor.

I am not sure what 'ground crew' you might have seen but the 'airshow crowd' is an object that can be placed in the ME, though I don't recall exactly what it is called.
