Slow Dowload Speed module instalation

I have speed issues with DCS: W module manager module download:

 

1- I connect to module manager to display available module list.

2- Push on Install available modules and DCS: W close and start module download window.

3- Download velocity don´t reach my maximum download bandwidth limit (300Kb/s), only show very small speed (10-20 kb/s).

4- I cancel the download module process and return to the DCS: W main program, reopen module manager and start again.

5- I select the same module, and restart module installation process, somewhere, the velocity issue has fixed and reach 70-90 % speed bandwidth limit, other persist on maintain the very low speed rate (I cancel again and restarted DCS: W.)

An explanation could be that the DCS updater continues downloads that were aborted earlier. When restarting a download, the updater probably calculates the already downloaded parts as if it were downloaded again and thus the download speed seems faster.
