How to de-ice

Hi I am new in Mi-8.

 

Now in single mission when I try to climb over a mountain I will need to de-ice.

May I know how can I do so?

switches in two locations

 

first, the bottom right-most circuit breaker bank, make sure the 3 switches on the left are on.

 

second, above the pilot station, turn the switches for left and right engine de-icer on.

 

Once this is done, system will engage dust-protection and automatically de-ice when ice is detected.
