Another DCS Stopped Working. Happened after about 1 1/2 hours of operation on the problematic F-15C mission that I mentioned above ^^^. A track file is included.

I get a lot of these too when I have barrages destroying cities which frequently resolve in crashes. I know there's no error, or no warning... but these have often preceeded my crashes.

Hollo Pointe is suffering from DCS Waiting To Respond errors -- and no crash logs. Hardly any DCS Stopped Working or Can't Connect To Master these days, but the Waiting to respond has happened almost every night the past week -- June 22, 23, 25, 26, 27. I have been disabling services on the server and my event log has very few errors in it now -- just these application hang entries and one SChannel entry (A fatal error occurred while creating an SSL client credential.)

Here is a sample of the event log for the application hang:

The program DCS.exe version 1.2.8.27915 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

Process ID: 13cc

Start Time: 01cf91b310ff05c7

Termination Time: 100

Application Path: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS.exe

Report Id: ded5dc7c-fe01-11e3-bea7-001fbc0dedd4

Faulting package full name:

Faulting package-relative application ID:

What else can I report for these errors?

Same mission as last night- was letting it run to see if anything caused it to crash without ANY activity from clients. I had 1 client parked and had just brought in a second (on a different comp) to watch the F10 view from an actual side (so I could see the aircraft AI from the random air traffic script)... looks like it crashed right after that. This fit with yesterday's crash since it crashed right after localmax rejoined the server (and my aircraft was sitting there just letting the mission run.)

Seems too much of a coincidence.

Other attachment is log from separate comp

I have to capture it before I "close program" (I think it says something like- show problem details or something like that.) I copy and paste it before I close it down. I could probably grab it in admin options in the event log in windows- not at my comp right now so can't check right this second.

Hmmm. In my Event Log there is this:

The program DCS.exe version 1.2.8.27915 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

I haven't been to the Action Center 'problem history' yet -- I'll try to find that this w/e.

BTW, ED Forums is back to being available at work again.

Hollo Pointe server now gets DCS World (Windows) 'Waiting To Respond' hangs, with Event Viewer 'Application Hang' entries.

This computer has a fresh install of Windows 8 with an on-line upgrade to Win 8.1. Nothing else is installed. The application hangs continue.

The logs and mission file is in the attached zip -- there was not a track file. The server was running on its own.

Here is the most detailed description of the latest Hang:

How did you determine that the internet connection dropped? This 'stopped responding' stuff has been happening in two physical locations that each have different ISPs.

I just bought a replacement motherboard...

OK, the good news is the 'DCS is waiting to respond' has stopped, but the bad news is that Hollo Pointe got another 'DCS has stopped working' last night. Here are the logs and track file --
