Hobo Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Since the 3rd parties are "endorsed" by DCS" why not give them a dedicated home separate from the general public threads to provide their announcements on updates? I am one that gets tired of seeing the all the 3rd party developer threads always with new posts with general conversation and rarely with any updates from the developers themselves. I want to know the updates from the developers themselves. So what I propose is a "3rd party News" forum placed at the top of the forum between community news and official updates. The forum would have special permissions set to it to allow only the poster and forum administrators to reply. The only people allowed to create a thread would be people with 3rd party permissions as in the developers. Shouldn't be too hard to make and I'm sure other people would like to see something similar.
