That's a great and awesome work, thank you.

But, you presented your great works with English text here, but your videos are in German language. A little confusing..

At least, an English subtitle would be nice...

Thanks anyway...

Great stuff! Thank you for that!

Hey, have you ever thought about contacting the VEAO guys about their Air Combat Training School (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=89747) idea? Maybe there are some opportunities to share experiences/help each other ... maybe you could become a IP there? ;o)

Hi and thanks for your commendation!

I've a full time job, a one-year old daughter, a wife, my YT channel and I'm IP and co-leader of a virtual fighter squadron - I hope, that is a meaningful answer ... :D

regards,

Fire

PS: For those english subtitles, I would need a helping hand. But at first, I have to check how (admin) rights can given/ limited on YT.

Air Combat Maneuver - Crank

Hey folks,

I made a new category on my YT channel with a brand new video tutorial - I think, that's the first of its kind.

At first, we explain the "crank" - one of the most discussed air combat maneuver (here and in other forums). It's very basically explained, but IMO for beginners a good training anyway.

It's in German - as always (sorry). :music_whistling:

So, for those of you without German language skills, here a short list of what we show:

1. What's the "crank"? (0:00)

2. BVR setup (SARH vs. SARH) without a crank + analysis (3:05)

3. BVR setup (SARH vs. SARH) with crank + analysis (8:12)

4. BVR setup (ARH vs. SARH) with crank + analysis (18:01)

5. BVR setup (ARH vs. ARH) with crank and "break" after "pitbull" + analysis (26:08)

6. Considerations before cranking and typical beginner's mistakes (33:50)

It's a normal BVR head-on setup, no air-to-air tactic used.

I hope you enjoy that Tutorial, Feedback is welcome!

kind regards,

Fire
