BigT Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 I just recently purchased Lock On 1.1, my problem is that I have great difficulty lining up with ground targets because pitch is so sensitive. My joystick is a Logitech Force 3D Pro. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to reduce sensitivity with this joystick? I have set the pitch sensitivity to very low (all the way down) but this does no good.
Woodstock Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Have you been playing around with the axis modifier sliders in LockOn´s options menu yet? Try a curve that is shallow around stick center and getting steeper towards full deflection. "For aviators like us, the sky is not the limit - it's our home!"

In several of the training missions, when you take control of the flight, the autopilot/Alt-Hold will still be enabled, and what you think is a sensitive pitch is actually you and the AP fighting each other :)
Fishy Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Yes, make sure the autopilot is turned off. Also, coming out of autopilot can result in some strange trim settings, CTL T will reset the trim.
