TTG / TOT on flight plan

On the lower right data block on the HUD

Does the Time To Go / Time on Target Delta assume you are flying a straight line to the selected Waypoint or along the flight plan route? If you want to figure an arrival at the final steer point.

It would be easy enough to figure this out by just switching the AAP steer point dial from Flight Plan to Mission and see if the TTG changes. But I'm not on the sim right now.

Its calculated from your current position / straight line. Very useful for coordinating attacks if combined with Mark points etc. I made a TTP for my squadron sometime ago and it works a treat.

I'm trying to figure out the arrival time for an entire flight path based on the final waypoint. It'd its a straight line I'll have to figure out something else.
