Friedrich-4B Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 According to The Blitz Then and Now: Volume 1 SC500s were Grey-Green (RLM02) or Buff (RLM??) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]************************************* Fortunately, Mk IX is slightly stable, anyway, the required stick travel is not high... but nothing extraordinary. Very pleasant to fly, very controllable, predictable and steady. We never refuse to correct something that was found outside ED if it is really proven...But we never will follow some "experts" who think that only they are the greatest aerodynamic guru with a secret knowledge. :smartass: WWII AIRCRAFT PERFORMANCE
Isegrim Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 (edited) Hello good Morning Now i did have some luck. It is written that the Yellow strips on the tail are markers for the different type of load. Yellow markers: Filled with Explosives 13,13A,52(Different types of TNT) or BB (Composite B) Painting of a Merchant ship + *C 500 Trialen* +*Only for Merchantships* written on Bomb body: Filled with Trialen (Amatol) Such markers where used for all Bombs. Very Hard Bombs (thick 13 mm Steelbody for deep ground Penetration) did have a red ring around the Bombs body as another example. ETC-501 on a FW-190 F8 About the Colors But i think they have not all been painted Skyblue. ISE :flowers:SC500.pdf Edited July 27, 2014 by Isegrim "Blyat Naaaaa" - Izlom
